The rookies by default. The rookies started in the lead because of Eric on the veterans team couldnt swim, then he ended up passing out and the veterans left him finished the race caught up to the rookies in the last leg and beat them but they lost by default, they didnt have all of their team mates cross over the finish line hence leaving Eric. So there for the rookies won.
