The result is that Sasuke won but if I remember correctly (sorry haven't watched it in a while) Naruto told Sasuke to wear his headband to fight ninja to ninja (In one of the earlier episodes (107) where those two were fighting) and that ended up saving his butt at the very end because during the ending battle Sasuke takes out his headband and wears it and then at the end (when they're done fighting) Sasuke take off the headband you see a scratch on the headband (meaning that naruto would have kicked butt if he didn't tell sasuke to wear the headband) plus don't forget episode 107-108 where naruto so kicked butt against sasuke lol so naruto would of and could of won if he wasn't stupid but he's cute so it's okay :)

so to answer your question Sasuke won
