Who won overal control out of the house of julii, house of brutii or the house of scipii?

and a breif description of what happened?

The House of Julii won, hence Julias Ceaser who tuck control as a dicator removing the democracy style leadership (The Senate). But then he was murdered and replaced by another family (house) and these actions basically continued on with different houses/dicatators taking control until it (Rome) ultimatly fell.
