  1. Navratilova.

  2. No one that I know of...  Jimmy Connors won it in 82, McEnroe won back to backs after that then Boris Becker won twice and I think Pat Cash won in '87.  No one has won six straight Wimbledon's in the Open era.  The only man to ever do it had to play only one match in each of his 5 defenses.  Everyone else would play the tournament and the winner of the tournament would face him.  Other than that, Roger Federer and Bjorn Borg have both won five straight but both have come up short in their bid for 6.  Borg's run was ended by John McEnroe and Federer's by Rafael Nadal.  Other than these two, Pete Sampras won 4 straight Wimbledons and 7 in total.  Ironically, Sampras' run of four straight was ended by Roger Federer at the ripe age of 19.

  3. I agree with Bret M.  Martina Navratolova. The Queen of Wimbledon.

    1984 - John Mcenroe

    1985 - Boris Becker

    1986 - Boris Becker

    1987 - Pat Cash

  5. Martina Navratilova
