Batista took the match fairly.  Cena and Batista traded maneuvers that weren't part of their normal repetoire (with Cena completely no-selling the figure four he was locked in for a minute and a half, by immediately following it with a fireman's carry to drop Batista over the rope), and some interesting power move reversals.  Batista managed to put Cena away with a few Batistabombs.

My big question is how they're going to work this...  is Cena going to show Batista respect and just kill the whole story?  Or is he going to turn heel, and want a rematch just so he can win?  There's a lot of ways it could go...  personally, I don't know why they thought Batista was of a level that Cena would lose to him fairly...  but whatever.
