Hurricanes beat the Tahs 16 - 14 via a jimmy Gopperth penalty in the latter stages of the game.

Hurricanes Led for most of teh match only to have the Tahs rally in teh 2nd half to a lead with a little under 10 minutes to go. Victory secured by Gopperth and Hurricanes held on to be the first team through to the innaugural super 14 Final.
