make sure you have solid video or audio evidence that will stand up in court, not just he said she said...make three copies of it and send it to the stewards with a note saying a copy has been also sent to the FBI, send the info to the FBI and the daily racing form, they will publish it upon notification from authorities that the information has grounds...you should be careful here to stay anonymous as the parties involved will not appreciate that you ratted them out, and if they have steam you or your family could be retaliated against...
