Who works at Mcdonalds in Canada, UK, etc????

Question

This is for a project in globalization class. If you work or have worked at mcdonalds, can you please tell me how much you were paid (cashier? manager) to the equivalent in U.S. dollars? I'm supposed to compare salaries, please tell me what country you're from.

Also, is there any different products you guys sell that we don't in the U.S.? I know in India they don't serve beef products and in Islamic countries there is no pork.
