I would have to go with Oscar on this one. To be honest, if you take away his victories over Zab Judah and Sharmba Mitchell, I'm really not to impressed with his resume. I don't see too many A-class fighters on his resume. I consider Oscar an A-class fighter, especially in his prime, and I think Tszyu would have some troubles against almost any A-class fighter.

Regardless of whether you rate Zab Judah an A or B-class fighter, look at what Judah did in the first round his match against Tszyu. The skill difference was very obvious. If Judah hadn't got too cocky and had the heart in that fight, I think he would have cruised to an easy victory. Back to Oscar..... I think Oscar's skill in the ring is better and would have shown also, against Kostya Tszyu.

Had they fought in 1999 at 140 that would have been magic to see.

I think KT wins with a late round stoppage.  

Size, strength, and stamina all favor ODLH, but fighting at 140 favors KT, and I think at 140 KT has enough firepower to get the job done, but it would have taken a lot of heart.

Will to win is where I think this fight is won.  I think KT would will himself to a win.  ODLH has shown in the past 8 years that he has no heart.  KT would have exploited that.
