  2. Jamaica. its a fact that Jamaica has provided the world with the fastest runners to step foot on this planet. Donovan Bailey, Usain Bolt.

  3. Jamaica!!! they are beasts at running! Its so awesome to watch that new guy beat everyone else effortlessly!  

  4. I'm not following track and field super-closely but I would have to say Jamaica, USA, and Africa in general.
