It has been reported today in a Yahoo! News item ( http://www.christiantoday.com/article/pope.announces.new.display.of.shroud.of.turin/19218.htm ) that the Shroud of Turin will go on display once again in 2010.

Authentic or not, I would like to view the Shroud when it is displayed. I am interested in knowing the name of an agency or organization that would be helpful to me in acquiring admittance to view the shroud. I would appreciate any information, advice, or suggestions -- especially the name(s) of contacts.

Thank you so much for your time and your suggestions.

  1. I'd like to know too, so I starred this. Good Question.

  2. The last time they displayed the Shroud you had to get a ticket and queue... like a regular museum. The walk from the entrance to the shroud itself went through the Giardini Reali and along the way there was an exhibition about the history of the shroud etc. They're likely to be able to give you info at the Museo della Sindone (Museum of the Shroud): http://www.sindone.it/museo.asp?sm=museo...

  3. Hi there, i'm italian, i live in Turin...
