Andy Murray is the first man through to the final of the 2010 Australian Open – and Roger Federer and Jo-Wilfried Tsonga are his potential opponents. So who would be prefer to play?
Murray told reporters after his semi-final win that both would be “tricky”, and that while Federer would be expected to win if he was Murray’s opponent, the Scot would probably be “slight favourite” against Tsonga.
“It's tough. Obviously, both are obviously great players. Federer's record in slams is amazing. You know, everyone knows he's one of the best players ever. So, you know, it would be incredibly tough to beat him. But if I was to win a slam against him in the final, it would make it extra special,” Murray said.
