Spiderman for sure.. Coz spiderman has superpowers and batman doesn't.. Spiderman can swiftly webswing from place to place and he'll give batman a hard time catching up to  him..

i think batman would win because he has alot of inteligence and has a lot of cool gear and is strong

while spiderman just shoots stringz out from his wrists and swings around alot

Spiderman's webs would be useless against Batman, with all those cool gadgets and things. Definitely Batman.
