Yes the "character" Jason Bourne has more fighting skills but Rambo is tougher, stronger and meaner so I'm going with Rambo

Rambo uses a blade/knife so he doesn't need a gun. Watch Rambo series and you'll see him do things like taking a bullet out of himself and stitching himself up. Bourne doesn't do anything like that.

In a one on one fist fight I would say Jason Bourne because he has proven (so to speak) that he knows all the dirty little tricks to use in a fist fight.

If it was a gun battle with AK-47's and M-16's then I would say Rambo.

Jason Bourne is a highly trained CIA assassin and John Rambo is a soldier.

So my money is on Jason Bourne.  Bourne knows more assassination tricks than John Rambo.
