Who would do a better job of dealing with a Russian invasion of Poland, McCain or Obama?

McCain would get us into WW3 and lead us toward a nuclear holocaust.  Obama would find a way to defuse the situation, without massive loss of life.

A very hard question, one would like to think McCain because he was in the military, but he was not a good student at Annapolis, near the bottom of his class, which would lead me to believe that the questions of war, as opposed to the actions of war might not be his strong suit.

Bush for example, had no grasp of the history or people which should have colored his response, which was to just bomb the h**l out of Iraq, you don't need to be capable of dealing with a country to bomb the c**p out of it, you only need the bombs.Obama has shown a willingness to learn, and a curiosity about what hes going to get us into that is refreshing after years of the Marlboro man.

Obama was well respected and dealt with heads of state with ease and grace.  Something that would be welcome at the table when it comes to that.

We simply can't afford another invasion mad leader, not economically, not morally, not physically as a country, unless we want to turn our country into a war machine, complete with draft.

Obama might be the better way.

Obama.  Obama is intelligent and would do the proper and necessary thing.  McCain would revert to some trite stance and would probably do something stupid. I don't trust McCain and nothing that he has said or done could inspire trust in his judgment.

  Obama because he is not paid for by the oil companies that would like us to get in a cold war with Russia so they can raise gas prices again.  McCain would start the draft and spend billions of dollars to pay the Russians not to invade.

McCain knows  a lot about war and can relate to how the troops feel in that situation. McCain was captured than tortured by getting his finger nails pulled off and he still didn't give in to the enemy. The man has a sense of honor. One things for sure, both candidates will do a better job than Bush would. I really don't like getting involved with Russia though that is a powerful country to have as an enemy. China will likely back them too they have been hacking in our government's computers lately.

Neither.  They would both have advisers, and would probably take their advice, unless of course, there's a d**k Cheney somewhere in the wings.  I'm sure most people think McCain would immediately act with military force, but the truth is that the only possible response would be a nuclear one, since Russia has already threatened to nuke Poland.  And whichever one was in the White House, that will be the end of all of us.  So which is the better job?
