All that i would like doing to the image is,

instead of brown hair, could you make it blonde hair please?

~you can try editing with programs, and note low resolution pixelates detail, so you can add color and adjust image lighting as well,

~you can do this in photoshop or paintshop pro photo type program, if you dont have any try gimp,

~open image, duplicate layer, adjust levels, add new layer, add color and adjust layer mode overlay,
