Who would have win between Larry holmes and Nikolay Valuev?

If Nikolay Valuev was fighting in the 80's and he had goes against Larry holmes (fictionnaly)who would have win the fight in your opinion.

Holmes would command the ring, dictate the fight, and hit Valuev w/punches & combos that he's never even SEEN before IMHO.  I'd say Holmes by KO or TKO in the 7th or 8th rd., if Valuev can even last that long.
