she noted latter after birth and thought thew would grow up.Now he is 11 years old and have nothing but the p***s. Is this something serious? would he have a normal s*x life-in future? please help?

Check with your doc.  He prob has them but they are not in the s*****m.

Sometimes not very often this condition can happen.   Only thing    "its funny that his doc. has not took care of the prob before now

Change docs.  and get him fixed and it is possible that he could have a normal s*x life as he is .  But would be better if correction is made

Most likely he has a case of undescended testicles.   The testicles remain in the lower peritoneal cavity. Check with his doctor.  If that is the diagnosis it can be surgically corrected with an outpatient operation and bed rest for 3 or 4 days.  It is possible he will have a normal s*x life.

They probably just have not dropped down yet, which is unusual for his age.  If this is the case it can be easily corrected, and the sooner the better.

The testicles are up in the lower abdomen and haven't descended. Nothing grows after a child is born, and should all exist at the time of birth.

The testicles develop in the lower abdominal cavity and descend into the s*****m near birth, and the doctor at birth should have checked to see if they were descended, and did follow up to make sure that they had come down. We have all common material at the beginning to be either a boy or a girl, and changes along the way determine the s*x of the child. For a boy, the final change is the dropping out of the testicles through two openings in the lower abdominal muscles, instead of ovaries staying inside the body.

I don't understand how baby doctor visits after didn't reveal that there were no testicles in the s*****m, and how he went on until 11 years old that way???

He will need to be taken to a doctor, and arrangements made to have them surgically brought down, because they can't function at body temperature, and are located outside the body to run at around 2 deg. f below body temperature ...96.6 deg. f.  That's why they are located outside of the body core in a s*****m that can lower them away from the body to cool them, and tighten them up to the body to warm them.

If the surgery is not performed to bring them into place, they will become cancerous because of the constant warmth, and will take his life!

Advise her to get him to a doctors appointment to get everything planned.

He should still be OK because he would not have started puberty yet under those conditions, but is on the edge, and it needs to be repaired before he starts puberty to be safest. It is not major or life threatening surgery, but the condition of the testicles remaining where they are is life threatening.

Sorry for the good and bad news...yes he has testicles....they need to be moved to where they belong.

..... uhmm are you stupid? of course he wont have a normal s*x life.. he has no testicals which means he cant produce s***n.. and uhmm i think that the doctors would of noticed this at birth and done something.. you need to serious contact a doctor..
