Who would hire me as a truck driver when im 19?

i got my cdl and im from pittsburgh and i cant leave the state til im 21

Look into employment at a construction company, or a business that does home delivery.  

Keep in mind your young age, and lack of overall driving experience is a hinderance due to insurance costs.

Probably not, Honey.  Truck drivers need to be able to travel across state lines.  :(

Well????? Why can't you leave the state? My ex is a trucker of 20 years and  I'm not sure if he would. Most places look at your track record. Such as criminal and ect.....Most trucking companies hire truckers with some experience. There are some that hire new ones also. Such as J.B. Hunt. Where I live theres lots of local companies the need drivers with their cdl  to drive local. Such as paving companies.

Maybe some local construction company may be looking for dump truck drivers. Or else some construction supply companies for local deliveries.
