i weigh 116 and measure 5'7"

not to lose weight to eat healthier and to keep weight off and of course to tone up.

  1. You can try following things.

    1. Remove Oil, ghee, butter from Food ( Eat only food without Oil, ghee, butter)

    2. Eat boiled vegetables.

    3. Drink more water.

    4. Eat Cauliflower, cabbage & green vegetables in more quantity.

    5. Walk in Morning & evening daily to 30-40 minute

    Try it for 7 days You will see the difference.


  2. In terms of exercise, you may consider some light weight lifting combined with jogging or jump roping. Make each one about 25-35 minutes long. You will also want to make sure you are resting 2-3 days per week (no exercise).

    In terms of a diet, I think you would be wise in upping your calorie intake, as you will be doing more physical activity and burning much more calories. If you don't, you will end up shedding weight. Just add about 500-750 calories to what you are eating now. Eat more protein for muscle repair and growth, as well as more carbs for energy.
