Who would like to join my Yahoo Groups for writers? You have to be serious about writing though.?

Just leave your email address behind. You can talk about writing and overcoming writer's block, etc. You can review work that other people post or post your own work, synopses to be reviewed. You can make polls, add photos and etc.

  2. A faster way to build your membership, without risking some Y!A troll reporting you for "Solicitation" is to join several other writing and story groups and post links with them.

    Also, a short promotional message with a mission statement and link can work wonders. Invite the owners to do the same at your group. The typical Yahoo Groups member belongs to 10-20 groups, so you're not "stealing" members. Co-promotion really works.

    I do write quite a bit. In fact, a sim date game that I wrote dialogue for just went into beta testing. But, I'm not serious about it.
