Sound good! I had the same thought 4 years ago!

It would mek nuff sense, but it would be most effective as a private venture.   Govament nuh have no REAL clue bout fi secure public transportation an' mek money from it.

What needs to happen is that a man need fi SEN' OFF two shipment o' weed and den use the money fi buy 3 BRAND new ferry boat. That more realistic dan fi depend pon cash pot!
