As much as I love Near (and as much as I would love to have his children), I'm gonna have to say L. I think Near is much too selfish to give anyone other than himself the time of day, and L seems to be a really down-to-earth kind of guy once you get to know him. I could see him being involved with his kids if he really wanted to be.

In 'reality' I can't see either of them actually having children. I think that if they were to get intimate with someone, they would take extra care to prevent anything like children from happening just because of all the added stress a child would bring to their lives.

L defiantly. Because Near barely does anything himself ,and L was already a mentor ,so he can get along better with younger kids.
