Who would take their BMW to dealers for services if they don't have warranty?

there's also a lot of private shops that do german cars..as long as they put synthetic oil in it, what is the difference really? why waste more than 200 when you can get it done for like 50 to 70

  1. private shops often have more experience technicians.  


  2. Well let me ask you this, why would you buy a BMW and then a less qualified person working on it? Yea you might be saving a lil bit of money if your only doing oil changes in these back alley shops but when it comes to some ACTUAL work I would deffinatelly bring it to a dealership where they have the tools to work on your $40,000 automobile correctly. Yea the dealership is going to cost a lil bit more but atleast you can sleep at night knowing 3 miles down the road you wont be looking for a new car cause your BMW just threw a rod cause Pablo didnt tighten the oil plug enough.  

  3. why don't you just do it yourself that's what i do and it cost like 20 bucks for me to change my oil and filter..its not that hard
