I'm assuming you mean if the standings stay exactly the same.

Right now the NL playoff teams would be:

Phillies (NL East)

Cubs (NL Central)

D-Backs (NL West)

Brewers (Wild card)

Normally the division champ with the best record plays the wild card team, but if they are from the same division, they will not play each other in the divisional playoffs (first round). Instead , the team with the 2nd best record would then play the wild card (Phillies vs. Brewers) and the Cubs would then play the division winner with the worst record. (D-Backs)
