  1. Mayweather is an undefeated champion so I would have to say that he would find a way to beat Roy Jones Jr. Although Roy would appear to hit harder and have the better skills, the edge goes to Mayweather and the mentality of never knowing defeat. Rocky Marciano carried this same type of mentality into his fights and beat faster, more skilled guys all the time.

  2. I'm calling the cops. Frank D pretty much stole the words right from under me, lol. Good job, Frank D.

I definitely agree and feel Jones would take Mayweather, though I think the catch weight would probably be more at 154-156 for Jones to make in his prime.

  3. Roy could never of made 150, even his olympic medal was at Light Middle and he was no where near filling his frame at that time. If we take this fight to be at Light Middle which is the only weight that both have fought competitively at i would take Roy to absolutely blitz Mayweather he was quicker than Floyd just as hard to hit but could punch a lot harder and more frequently than Floyd. Its no disrespect to Floyd who came up from Lightweight its just Light Middle is not really Floyds domain, Roy was an out of the ordinary Middleweight and i would see this as a mismatch, Floyd would be out of his depth at this weight against a fighter of the calibre of Jones Jr.

  4. in agreement with FRANK D..

  5. roy man

  6. Jones EASY!

  7. That depends. Will it be the 200m dash or the 400m? They're both chicken $hit runners. I think Mayweather is slightly better at running though.
