Who would win Eclipse or Altima?

What would win in a race a 98 altima se or a 01 eclipse gt? both are manuals but the better driver is in the altima.

The eclipse would win in almost any race, unless the driver is horrible,

its more of a sporty car and the altima is a sedan

so the suspension in the eclipse would be more race suited

the altima also has 25% less hp

in the end the only way the altima would win is if the driver in the eclipse was of way lower skill

Depends on the track. If its an actual race track and not just a straight line, the driver thing makes the most difference. A good driver in an average car will whoop an average driver in a good car any day on an autocross course.
