BJ Penn. Penn is great at avoiding damage. He can fight from his back. He is more conditioned than Kimbo. Penn can work the jab. His takedowns can lead to strikes or vise versa. He's multidimensional. He's faster. He is one of the best BJJ practitioners in the world. He has fought fighters which includes Jens Pulver, Sean Sherk, Joe Stevenson, Georges St Pierre, Matt Hughes, Renzo Gracie, Lyoto Machida, and Takanori Gomi which means he has fought top notch fighters. He is more experiecned. He has faced different situations. He may have lost some, but those were quality losses. Kimbo on the other hand is just a brawler so he takes in damage as well. Kimbo gases out easily. Kimbo usually relies on his haymakers, overhands, and hooks. He is just 1 dimentional. He's mostly fought against people in the backyards and unproven fighters. The most notable fighter he has beaten are a sluggish Tank Abbott,  a crappy James Thompson, and an over the hill fighter in Bo Cantrell. You tell me who would win. BJ Penn would win with a rear naked choke.

I agree, Kimbo is one of the worst fighters. Everyone thinks hes great cuz he can beat up people in his back yard.

Bj Penn of course. Kimbo is a great boxer but he is very inexperienced compared to penn. Kimbo has probably the best coach in the world right now and in a few years he may be the best. His conditioning is not great right now, and Penn would surely capitalize on that. Weight does not matter to the prodigy.
