  1. A

Mario was the best all-around player since Howe, he alone makes the Pens dangerous.  Coffey at this time was already a poor man's Bobby Orr, and that's saying a lot.  Jagr could prolly score on most NHL goalies since he was 4.

    so yeah....A

  2. Team A in a heart beat. Lemieux, Jagr and Ronnie in their prime are a helluva lot better than Crosby, Malkin and Hossa still trying to reach prime.

  3. Team A

  4. By far, Team A.  That would be a helluva game to watch!

  5. Team B. Speed would get the best of Team A.

  6. Team A won two Cups

Team B failed in their only Cup appearance

Conclusion.....Team B would have no chance and until they win two Cups they should never be compared

  7. A easily. Mario's skill is far greater than anyone on the team now, assuming that he is healthy. In his prime Jagr was just as good, if not made much better than both Crosby and Malkin of present day by Lemuiex. Whitney and Gonchar cant compare to coffey and Samuelson, and goalies, similar, and I think you need to change the right wing on team b. I think that if team B were Detroit from next year

    Datsyuk

    Zetterberg

    Hossa

    Lidstrom

    Rafalski

    Osgood

They would give team A a run for their money, but i dont know how thatd turn out.

  8. Team A just because they have things that Team B are lacking...like size for example. Team B is still missing some experience also.

  9. Team B Because like you said they are on their way to their Prime.

  10. A.  Ulf would hit Crosby so hard he'd pee himself.

  11. Team A would kill team B in a 4 game sweep. There really is no competition.

  12. Team A in a landslide.  Maybe if Malkin, Crosby, and Fleury were in their prime it would be Team B, but the experience of the aforementioned Team A would leave Team B with no answers.  Malkin and Crosby could turn out to be as good, but Jagr, Francis, and Mario Lemieux have BIG skates to fill.  Fleury could easily outplay Tom Barrasso though, given the same amount of time to develop.

If Team B was Detroit's line, I would say Detroit, simply because of the defensive ability of Detroit's top 5.  Two Selke finalists, one of them the winner, Mr. Norris, and Brian Rafalski (Homer plays good D himself as well) could give any legendary line-up a hard time.  Chris Osgood is lightyears ahead of Barrasso in my opinion too.

  13. In a 7 game series team A would win in OT of game 7.

The game has changed a lot since the early 90s, it would be much closer than i think everyone is thinking

  14. Team A.

That is one of the greatest lineups ever put on the ice in the history of the league.  They would have taken out the '08 Red Wings as well.

  15. Team Tom Barrasso in net!!!
