  1. griffin is good, but id have to say silva

  2. I've been waiting for this question to pop up after watching Forrest winning the title. Great Question!

Now that I'm done sucking up... If Anderson would have moved up before the Griffin/Shogun Rua fight, I think that most close followers of the sport would have said that Shogun, Rampage, and Lidell would most likely be the ones who could stop him. So think back to then. If you would have thought that Rua and Jackson could defeat Anderson, why would it now be a stretch to think Forrest could stop him.

I know that Silva is dangerous in all aspects of the fight game, but we have yet to see him at 205. He'll be up against bigger and stronger guys.  This doesn't mean that I don't think he can compete, I just want to see him against someone first. I imagine a good first test for him at light heavy would be Keith Jardine.

As far as the question goes.... I'm going to say Forrest would win. I know that I'm gonna get some thumbs down for that answer, but I don't think that Anderson can beat Rampage or Shogun.  I'd love to be proved wrong. Thinking of Anderson owning 2 divisions is wonderful. I love his style and relentlessness. Time will tell.

  3. As much as I love Forrest, I'mma hafta say I'd give that one to Anderson Silva.  Forrest is gonna have his work cut out for him w/Silva and Franklin movin' up to 205.

  4. Who knows, I keep picking against Forrest, and he keeps proving me wrong. I would pick Silva and probably be wrong again.

  5. Silva easily. There isn't any LHW in the UFC that could take Silva.

  6. it will happen if forrest keeps his tittle long engough but i think silva will be to talented for forest over 5 rounds. but you never know with forest griffin.

  7. I think Silva because he is much stronger than peole give him credit for he outmuscled Rich Franklin who is supposed to be the strongest middleweight and his technique in my opinion is best  nobody does fundamental striking like him

  8. WAR FORREST!, I can see Forrest pulling off the upset but theres no doubt Anderson Silva is one dangerous m**o

  9. the spider would pick forrest apart!and  there isn't any middle weights that can take him.but there's a couple of lhws that can.one being wandy silva.

  10. Anderson is the best fighter who actually fights these days.  I cant say Fedor cause he fights once a year.  Anderson Is to precise, to good on the ground, to experienced for forrest IMO.  I think anderson wins the fight wherever it goes.

  11. Anderson Silva would win this fight 10 out of 10 times by KO. Anderson is way too talented for Forest. Forest has heart but it takes more than heart to beat Anderson.

  12. That sounds like a dream fight.  Forrest Griffin vs. Anderson Silva. I think that the UFC should allow a fight between competitors of different weight classes if the fight will draw huge audiences at events and pay-per-views. The only problem would be that both Griffin and Silva are title holders, so if one of them beats the other, does a title change hands? The fight would have to be a non-title bout.

  13. AP is right, its only a matter of time before he dominates the LHW division as well, he is just on another level...
