Calzaghe is naturally too big for Mayweather. Calzaghe would have no fear in Mayweather's punching power and his own work rate would probably cause more problems for Mayweather. Mayweather can't dodge every single punch that Calzaghe throws for 12 rounds. It would only take one solid blow to greatly change the outcome in Calzaghe's favor.
