Who would win between these two southpaw?

Karl Mildenberger (1966) vs Ruslan Chagaev (2008).

Milde was a durable boxer with an impressive resume, but after 66? I think he faded badly.  I want to say of his 6 career losses that 4 came in his last 5 fights, but I am not sure.  

Chagaev has potential, but I have never been impressed by a fight.

prediction- Milde escapes with a UD... Ruslan has much better power, but Milde uses old school boxing techniques to negate the power Ruslan brings to the ring...

Chagaev's technique is weak on a good day as is indicated by his 7 decision wins- only 4 are UD (I think).  His draw should not be counted in that.  He knocked heads with Calloway and they stopped the fight- early in that fight.
