Lesnar is younger, probably stronger, and seems to have decent G&P. He would win.

It would be a horrible fight. Most fights involving Sapp are.

Brock would kill him. Sapp is big, slow and dumb. Lesnar would take him down and pound the snot out of him. It would be great to watch Sapp get beat up again. He is one of those guys you never get tired of watching lose.

Brock Lesnar would destroy Sapp. Don't get me wrong I like Sapp but all he has is size. Strength is canceled out... in fact, I am pretty sure Brock is actually stronger. With Lesnar's striking, cardio and speed... Sapp won't make it out of the first round.
