This is such a great question.  I think Chuck would get the first punch in, a roundhouse kick to the face of course which would knock off Senior's glasses.  That would really p**s him off.  Senior would then give him a solid punch to the face which would get blood on Chuck's beard.  Realizing that they are evenly matched, they will call a truce and get drunk together.
