Who would win in a fight, Frank Fontaine (Atlas) or the Hulk?

Fontaine is a charcter from BIoshock. He is the main antagonist and is a walking ADAM bomb (pun intended). He is incredibly strong and has incredibly powerful elemental powers. He also has an army of splicers and security bots and controls the whole city of rapture until you beat him. The hulk is the hulk.

Depends on which Hulk.  The Traditional wounded child Green Hulk would probably loose.  The Banner/Hulk is pretty smart give him a chance to plan and he'll win because the fight will be on his terms.  Grey Hulk is almost as cunning as the banner/hulk but not as powerful as the banner/hulk so I think he'd probably loose.  The Green King Skarr (World War Hulk) would pwn him regardless Fontaine doesn't have a snowballs chance in h**l.  The Red Hulk would probably plan a trap, break his arms, legs, and skull, then shoot him in the face with that nuclear hand cannon he's got (like he did to Abomination.)

the hulk really isn't that strong plus he kinda has a thing for the thing (pun also intended) so having said that i think Fontaine could just like poke him in the eye and win :| now if it was batman it would be different
