Slice maybe, but it wouldn't be a one sided match.  Although Kimbo's good with his hands and feet, Rock ain't on of those guys Kimbo fought on youtube.  If Rock was in top condition; being an athelete and such, he'd give Kimbo a run for his money.  Hopefully Kimbo would do better than when he fought that guy on primetime and popped his fake ear, cuh!

As with all speculative armchair battles, the correct answer is "who knows?".

First of all, "a fight" can mean anything from a street brawl to a boxing match, so let us assume a mixed match with some referee (i.e. MMA).

That established, Kimbo Slice should win as he is currently training as an MMA fighter. Johnson is an entertainer as others have pointed out.

However, he is a rather burley entertainer who has obviously taken steroids. He is also an ex-football player, and one never knows exactly how seriously he has taken his wrestling training. Some of the "fake pro" wrestlers have actually had quite a background in real wrestling as well as the "tricks of the trade"  for pro entertainment wrestling. Johnson was an amateur wrestler as a young man,

So, at a glance, Kimbo should be victorious.

But I would not bet on it without knowing alot more about "the Rock" and his past and  present training.
