agile, has amazing foot speed, can throw 15 punches in a second, fight against a fighter 92 kg, amazing strength, and decent speed, who would win?

It all depends on who has more experiance, my moneys on Bruce Lee jr, or the 64 kg guy.

15 punches a second? that's inhuman..  any fight can always turn out differently, it depends if the smaller guy can evade the heavier guy, because the heavier guy would probably go in for the take down & use his strenth to put him in a submisison, ulness he gets caught with a strike from the smaller guy knokcing him out.. the bigger stronger guy has a better chance, you didn't mention technique & stuff. :)
