Jason Bourne is fast, can kill people with his bare hands that are attacking him with weapons, has vast knowledge of deadly martial arts, vast knowledge of weapons, master of disguise, and knows a lot of different languages.

Riddick is large, carries a knife, and sees in the dark.

I think Jason would kick the c**p out of Riddick. I don't think Riddick has a chance.
