Who would win in these games?

Question

2001 Miami team that was basically an NFL team in college v 2004 USC trojans?

1995 Huskers vs same 2001 Miami team.

I'm a USC fan so I'd favor them, though Vince Young had his way with them in the 2005 Rose Bowl.  I don't recall the 1995 Huskers very well.  I also think the 1987-1991 Miami teams were better.

The Miami team back then had 16 players drafted by the NFL. They might have been known as QB-U, but the defensive backfield was as good as any you will find in college football. Then you consider that Clinton Portis, Willis McGahee, Najey Davenport, and Frank Gore were on that team at running back, that is amazing. We cannot forget Jeremy Shockey, Andre Johnson, and Roscoe Parrish catching the ball.

I believe that from a talent standpoint, this was the best college team that has come along and could have won either game that you mentioned above. Ken Dorsey won the Outland Trophy and turned out looking more like a system player looking back.
