Who would win -- the best WNBA team or the best boys' high school basketball team?

I've been watching a WNBA game a bit tonight.. 70% of the shots hit the front of the rim.. layups missed left and right..

i live in NYC, i can go to the local basketball court and pick 10-12 guys from the street that can shoot the ball better and play harder than any WNBA squad.  i'd put my money the boys HS team over girls who miss most of their shots and can't run or play defense.

I would imagine the WNBA team would win most nights vs. best hs boys team.  Best College men's teams (Duke, N.C. Texas, Kansas, UCLA, Michigan State, Illinois, Memphis, etc.) it wouldn't even be close...WNBA teams would get beat by 20 pts. at least...

Think about how many high school teams have multiple guys that in the past could go straight NBA!

For example... Dwight Howard and J Crittendon on same high school team.

The girls won't be quick enough or physically strong enough to keep up. Their fundamental skills maybe better but they're not as athletic and that's what it's gonna come down to.

I know what you mean, I tried watching a game one time and they never made a basketball. I got like 10 mins into it before one of those bricks went in. I'd put money on the HS team to win. But I'm not talkin about any HS team but the best in the country, they could so take the WNBA.

WNBA- can shoot a lot better.

HS- faster stronger players.

The game would come down to if the HS team contested shots and forced the WNBA team to take bad shots. HS team would run all over them.

The high school team no question about it. WNBA players are not fast enough to get by them and wouldn't be able to get off a clear shoot.
