Who would win this race?

Question

Imagine a race, between every f1 champ ever, on silverstone. Every driver is in a renault megane (common car), who would win? I'd put my money on Jim Clark.

OK.... so F1 champions all in the same type of car.... For some reason, I pick Mika hakkinen for the win

If we knew he was, my money would be on The Stig.

But for real,  would put money on Moss or Schumacher.

Both were inch perfect and super smooth.

Tough call.

It would need a time machine for each driver to be on top form !!!

Last time I saw Schhh...you know who in the Race of Champions, he:

1) stalled...no launch control I presume. He was known for going backwards pre-launch control.

2) Span...no traction control....

Yes, I would have to say Jim Clark, but there were a number of others who also could win in various types of machinery.

Just about anyone of them could win.

A Renault Megane is nowhere near quick enough to differentiate F1 world champions, present or past.

And if you take their ego into account there would be too much bumping for the cameras or the stewards to catch.

I guess whoever got a car that's one tenth quicker out of the box would take pole.

I am betting on Felipe Ist Kimi 2nd and Lewis 3rd, i agrree with you CfcFras i adore Michael Schumacher he would win well if he was still driving today.
