Batman Easily. Batman Tends to address the root of his opponents powers. He would pull out a radiation(whatever type spiderman was changed by) and blast him, Returning him to a regular human. It's Not difficult to beat up a Normal Guy, Right?

Batman vs. Spidey - winner Bats.

Batman vs the Hulk - winner Bats. Bats would just wait until the Hulk turns back into a human and knock him out. Permanently.

Round 2-Id go with batman again as strength is not everything. (see batman vs bane). Batman could outsmart the hulk and win.
