With Matty Bowen i would have replace one of the Backrowers about ten minutes before halftime and move Karmichael into the backrow because of the reduced interchanges then at about 55 minutes move him to hooker for cam smith and put karmichael at the back again then at 65 then take him off and cam smith back on.

i agreed with your selection.but if lockyer is injured for before the first game then cronk of storm should be no 7 and jt will move to  5/8.then if jt is injured also then cronk will be the first pick.if hunt then also unavailable thru injury then slater will be no 1 and matty bowen should fill the wing spot.qld selectors will have a headaches for picking the right players because there so many talented players to choose from.especially the backlines.as for the forwards i would not pick costigan.
