Who would you hire if you owned a business?

Would you hire applicant A: who has 11 years experience in the field you are looking for? Or B, who has 26 years in the same field? Forget everything else its come down to experience.

I'd hire the 11 year vet, seeing as you could probably pay them less.

It would depend on other things ,like attendence ,personality ,how he or she handle themselve in the interview and appearence body language
