There are no others, because quite honestly the English media are insufferable. Not only that but having all been given MBEs in 2004 after winning the trophy in 2003, they will probably be given knighthoods and prima notte on all brides in the UK over the next 10 years.

Im not bothered who wins it so long as its not England.  We dont deserve to,  yet every two years (world then european cup) the media have a field day building up the team.  The St Georges flag is everywhere, when, in reality the team is mediocre.  We just dont deserve it.
