I want to see the Rays against the Tigers.

This is because the rays a great story because they were expected to be absolutely terribly but the came out of no where and are one of the best teams in the league. The Tigers would also be aw some because of how bad they started off and are now making a great turnaround now that they have their whole team healthy.

My favorite team is the Mets, but I'd love to see the Tampa Bay Rays in the WS.   Its time someone else  got the spotlight other than the Wankees and the Red Sux.

Chicubs and Rays - two long-suffering franchises that haven't appeared in a series for 100 years (Cubs) or ever (Rays, since 1998).

Well, I'm an Angels fan, and at this rate, they'll be in the World Series (hopefully).  But, I will answer the question properly.

If the Angels don't get there, I'd like to see the Cubs and the Rays.  The Cubs because it's been 63 years since they've been to a World Series, 100 since they last won one.  The Rays because they've been perennial cellar dwellers since their inception.

I would deffinatley like to see the Rays there, they have a good young offensive team. I myself am a yankee fan and they have just proved everyone wrong and i think they will deffinatley be there in october.

Besides the Indians and Yankees, Im rooting for the Cubs this year.

None really. I'm too much of a Yankees fan to really support any other AL team in the World Series, least of all Boston, Cleveland or the Angels. Maybe the A's or the Twins (who I rooted for in '91 because of Kent Hrbek and Kirby Puckett), but that's about it.

In the NL, I wouldn't mind the Brewers making it. Or the Dodgers (strictly because of Joe Torre).

Well, I am a huge met fan and after last years collossal collapse (dnt remind me) I rooted for the rockies. I luv to see a young fresh team in the world series again someone like the rays or marlins, but truthfully I wud be happy with anyone but the yankees or phillies
