Who would you nominate?

Question

If you would, who would you nominate for your local citizen of the year and if so.... why?

If you don't want to give names, what would you look for from someone who is being nominated for a community award. Remember, if it's part of their paid job (Like youth work) it doesn't count.

Some examples are: actively taking place in community events and volenteering at places like sencond hand shops (Life line... St. Vincent De Paul....)
