  1. Him because i don't hear him complaining i want team players on my team i don't want T.O. on my team crying for the ball because he doesn't get it enough. If you work together it will be great, he will wear the D down by making them run outside and get him so you will have an easier time running them over. RB's are smart if they go out they don't constantly want to get hit and get hurt. As long as you don't go out every play you gotta love some contact.

  2. The two back set is very chic right now.  Thunder and lightning.  Don't root against him, work with him and you guys could be great together.  Just do everything the coaches ask and keep completing those third down conversions.  Bitching about it won't get you anywhere, and it's detrimental to the team.  Just keep knocking the defender's teeth out.

  3. Stop complaining.  Your best friends on your team should be the 5 horses up front.  Don't ever forget that it is the O line that makes everything happen.  Who do you think opens those lanes for you to run through?  Thunder (fullback) and Lightning (tailback) works good, but its the BIG guys that make it happen.  If you are really that good now, you'll get your chance later on.  Remember, your coach wants you to succeed just as much as you want to.  His job is much easier if he has a standout athlete on the team, but if he has a complainer (cancer) on his team, he will get rid of it VERY quickly.

  4. I would rather have team players on my team. There are some players that play different styles, run differently than others.

It might be true that you might have more yardages than your team mate given the same number of carries.

I am sure that Lendale White of USC would have had just as many or more yards as Reggie Bush of USC had he been given the ball more. His assignment was to get the critical 3rd and 4th downs for his team.He was the best at it around.

Even though Reggie Bush got more yards, Lendale got more touchdowns.

When both got drafted and went into the pros Lendale got more yardage than Reggie Bush.

Your role on the team and your mindset will determine if you guys will have a winning season or not. If you are jealous of  your team mate you will not be concentrating on your job you have been assigned to do to help your team win and be all that it can be.

Your team mates will eventually see that you are not pleased after which they will soon be taking side. Some will take your side and some will take your team mates side.

Now you have a divided team with no direction. They will be pulled apart thus not acting as a team but pulling for individul members of the team you or your team mate.

Be a team leader pull for your team mate to do good, it is more important to be winner than a whiner and especially if your team start losing based on a fued between team mates.

I hope this has been of some use to you, good luck.
