Both Russian, both dated Anna Kornikova, but where Bure was a pure goal scorer, Federov was a great two-way forward.

  1. I'm thinking Federov but I guess it depends...I think I'd still go with him though

  2. Hi

I think one thing that gets missed is Fed's rare talent. He is a two way player by nature, and does it at both ends effortlessly.  i am glad Detroit had him over Bure, that said Bure was also an amazing talent. I just like two way players  better.

    Thank You

  3. Fedorov.  He notched a couple 50 and 60 goal seasons as well as a Selke Trophy.  Bure was the "Russian Rocket", but Federov was also the fastest skater in the league for a few years.  He also had the fastest/hardest shot at one of the same all-star skills competitions.  I don't even like him and don't want him on the Red Wings ever again so don't think I'm bias.  Both had bad attitudes and greedily expensive contracts so they cancel out there.

  4. Igor Larionov or Fetisov in their prime. as the ultimate Russian players.

    Of those 2, Federov.

  5. Had Fedorov, would take Fedorov.

  6. Fedorov.  A winner.

  7. Depends what my team needed. if my team was loaded at D, then i would take the sniper Bure. if i was weak at D, then i would take the 2 way forward Fedorov. id rather have Mogilny all together though.

  8. Fedorov. He gets it done on both ends of the ice, great player to be considered the face of your franchise.

  9. Definately Federov

Just look at him in this clip from the 1994 All-star game (Federov vs. the world)

  10. Federov

    GO WINGS!

    GO HOCKEYTOWN!

    GO TIGERS!

    GO LIONS!

  11. Sergei Fedorov!

An easier question has never been posted. Bure was a great player, but Fedorov was a beast with speed, power and defensive skills.

  12. Bure witout a doubt

  13. Bure was awesome but I think people forget how dominating Federov was in his prime. He certainly caused my Blues a lot of pain.

  14. No doubt in my mind Fedorov.

  15. I had the privilege of having Federov in his prime, and I would never stray from picking him.

  16. Federov was a better all around player on offense and defense as well as a great passer who can set up his teamates for goals. Bure was a great goal scorer and fast skater but was not as good all around as Federov.
