Who would you save - your sibling or your parents?

Say a gun was being pointed at your family, who would you think that you would save (if one only of course)?

I think I would save my sister, that's my natural response anyway

i would tell them to kill me, as i wouldnt mind going, otherwise i would tell the person to  kill BOTH sis n mother, cuz they both suck.

Well seeing as I don't have a sibling I would save my parents. If I had to choose out of them it would break my heart but I would have to choose to save my dad unless I could save both of them and not me!

my sibling!! dunno why. i guess i get on better with them then my parents who have no time for me. at least my brother recognises my achievements =]

i would have 2 say my siblings.my mother is almost 70 years old ,so i think she (in my opinion) has led a good fulfilling life.on the other hand ,my brother and sister are still fairly young,and haven't led a full life yet.

but i'd have to say my sister because she's still got her whole life ahead of her and my parents would want me to save her anyway.

there was a woman abroad who was faced with a similar choicewhen she was forced to choose her baby to be shot or her 4 year old daughter.  She chose her 4 year old.  She ended up losing the baby also as she ended up in a mental hospital.  So, stupid question when things like that actually go on in the world.
